Tracy joined Pine Brook in 2020 where she built the HR department from the ground up. Prior to joining the Pine Brook team, Tracy started her career at the Harpoon Beer Hall as their Human Resources and Front of House Manager. She has years’ of experience in HR and hospitality management with proven success in providing a great guest experience, improving employee relations, and advising management on best practices.
Tracy graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a Labor and Employment Law concentration and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2014. Originally from Rochester, NY, she now lives in New Hampshire with her boyfriend and their dog Fidget. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and cooking.
